We are just 3 blocks from Wrigley Field, home of the World Series winning Cubs!!! Shopping, fine and family dining, public transit, bicycles, and more are easily accessible right around the corner. The house is over 100 years old, so you might hear folks in the basement or in our apartment, but it's a solid house with all the modern amenities.

Parking is available on the streets, but is restricted to permits from 6p-6a. We have an off-street parking spot, but it is first come, first served, so please inquire before booking as we cannot guarantee a spot. If the garage spot is not available, we can provide street permits but cannot guarantee a street spot. If you prefer to secure a spot on your own, services such as Spothero and ParkWhiz are available with nearby locations.
No late night parties, no smoking, no debauchery. Honestly, this is a neighborhood with lots of great people, we ask that you respect the neighbors, don't litter, and clean up after yourselves. Not to mention, we live upstairs, so please respect our space and you'll have a great time. Common sense to throw away your garbage, wash your dishes, and notify us if anything breaks.
Often times we can accept last-minute bookings, up until 11a (message us if you're in doubt). But please note that this is generally not possible for weekend visits (especially Saturday nights). We'll do our best to accommodate, but we're often offline for part of the weekend and it is really hard to book on a Saturday for a Saturday visit.
