This beautiful 6 bedroom home has 6 full baths plus 2 kitchens, and enjoys total privacy for your utmost comfort. There are outdoor porches and two parking spots.

You'll be staying inside one of the trendiest neighborhoods in downtown Charleston. Only a few blocks off King Street, you are a short walk away from many of the best shops, restaurants, tourist attractions, and bars that the â€œHoly Cityâ€ has to offer. We are also just a short drive from The Battery, and only 20 minutes away from Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island and Folly Beach. Staying here will be an experience you won't soon forget!
This rental is for 60.5 Cannon Street which is a duplex located right behind 60 Cannon Street. Simply proceed down the driveway to find it. You will have private access to the entire house. 60.5 A is located on the first floor and 60.5 B is located on the second floor. Enter the front door (separate key code) on the side of the house to get into the foyer. Once inside, the door to Unit A will be straight ahead while the door to Unit B will be at the top of the stairs.
Please note that there are a small set of steps leading up to the front entrance of the bottom floor. Also, there is a short flight of stairs to get to the second level.
We use key-less entry to access our home. You will receive the codes on the day of your arrival.
Our home is located just a few blocks off King Street in the highly sought after Cannonborough / Elliotborough neighborhood of historic downtown Charleston. This neighborhood has become known as the â€œGateway to the Peninsula,â€ and is home to several local restaurants, bars, shops, casual eateries, and other small boutiques. The surrounding streets have a great energy, and everything you could possibly want is just a short walk away!
If you are driving in, there is designated parking for you in the back. If you are flying in, you can easily walk around or grab an Uber/Lyft as well as pedi-cabs or other taxi services.

Check-In is at 4 PM. Check-Out is at 11 AM.
