Our newly renovated 4 bedroom, 4 ½ bathroom home is ideal for large groups of friends and/or family looking to stay in a central location of downtown Charleston. It has a modern style interior adorned with lots of plants and greenery that radiates a positive, stress-free ambiance. Throughout the space you will find brand new appliances, comfortable and stylish furniture atop hardwood floors, chic décor, and plenty of space & privacy that will make you feel right at home.

A Large Front Porch: Upon arrival, ascend a few steps to the spacious shared front porch. Sit back and relax while enjoying your morning cup of coffee or a cocktail at sunset.
A Cozy Living Room: Walk through the front door and into the bright and open living room. Guests will enjoy a contemporary style design with all the amenities you need to feel at home. It features a comfortable sofa flanked by 2 side tables, a coffee table, a flat screen TV mounted on the wall above a console cabinet, and 2 matching club chairs.
A Fully-Equipped Kitchen: The dining and kitchen areas are open to the living room making it the ultimate space to spend quality time with your fellow travelers. Between the living room and kitchen, you will find a small wooden dining table that seats 4 comfortably. The kitchen features brand new countertops, a standard-sized refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stovetop, a coffee maker, toaster, and plenty of storage space to meet all of your cooking needs. In this area you will also find a storage closet that houses the washer/dryer.
4 Bedrooms and 4 ½ Bathrooms. The first bedroom, located just off the kitchen, features a king-sized bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, a small dresser, a flat screen TV, a ceiling fan, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom includes brand new tile floor, new fixtures, and a full bath/shower. Just a few steps down the hallway is the 2nd bedroom. Bedroom 2 features exposed brick, a king-sized bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, a flat screen TV, two large closets, and a ceiling fan. Just a few steps across the hall from this bedroom, you will find a full bathroom which has a full bathtub/shower, brand new tile/fixtures, countertops, mirror, vanity, and sink. At the end of the hallway, you will find the half bath which features new tile, fixtures, sink, countertops, lighting, and mirror. Bedroom 3 and 4 mirror one another on opposite sides at the back of the condo. Both bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed flanked by 2 bedside tables with lamps, a ceiling fan, a small dresser, a flat screen TV mounted on the wall, a large walk-in closet, and a large ensuite bathroom. Both ensuite bathrooms feature stylish fixtures, tile, vanity, a mirror, countertops, a standup shower, and plenty of space.

The house is located in the heart of the charming and trendy Cannonborough/Elliotborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include the Coquin Petite Cafe, The Grocery, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Ice Bing, Goulette, Five Loaves café, R Kitchen, Poke San, Pink Cactus, and the Warehouse for drinks. Our guests and neighbors also rave about Brown's Court Bakery and Sugar Bakery located nearby. We recommend going to 132 Spring or Babas for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as buzzing restaurants. Publix conveniently located nearby on Lockwood Drive as well.
The neighborhood is also within walking distance to CofC, MUSC, Roper, and the Citadel

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227.
