Because Pickleball is so easy to learn and play--it is now fastest growing and most popular sport in the US. Great family activity which requires little skill or athleticism. For those more athletic, will have a basketball goal as well. And for the toddlers--there will be a large sand pit inside the gated back yard.

Bunkbed room next door has 2 double beds with stable built-in steps (no ladder), so can be accessed by anyone from toddlers to "mature" guests. Brightly decorated with corner desk, TV/DVD, and child-proof ceiling fan. Comfortable beds for young or old, who will also enjoy waking up to the Canyon view. All bedrooms have Smart TV's and Direct TV cable service. Wi-Fi throughout.
Kitchen has every amenity for any gourmet cook or "trail boss". Induction Range, large microwave, crockpot, griddle, 3 coffeemakers (Keurig, 10 cup drip, French press), Soda Stream machine, high end cutlery, numerous spices, all cooking staples, toaster oven, non-breakable dinnerware for younger guests, teapot, etc. Functional bar area, with every cocktail glass preferred by those aspiring mixologists (wine/martini/highball/margarita/moscow mule).
Parking for 2 vehicles in the oversized garage--especially appreciated during hot Texas summers, Winter snowstorms, and during those occasional sensational Texas Panhandle thunderstorms.
Nocona Lodge, pays homage to Chief Quanah Parker Nocona, the last of the Quahada Comanche warriors who dominated the High Plains in the 1800's. Battle of Palo Duro Canyon was @ 20-miles east in September 1874.
