Located just 5 min away by car, taxi or bus from the ski lifts and village of North America's #1 ski destination. The bus stop is 3 chalets away (there are ski and bike racks on the bus).
Our cozy 6 bedroom,10 bed chalet accommodates at least two families or a large group under one roof. More than 50 majestic evergreen trees surround our property, creating a private oasis when in the hot-tub sipping morning coffee or apres ski cocktails.
WE DO NOT RENT TO GROUPS UNDER 32 YEARS OF AGE. YOU MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 32 TO PROCESS A BOOKING. NO EXCEPTIONS.ALL OUR NEIGHBOURS ARE FULL TIME RESIDENTS. WE HAVE ELIMINATED ANY PARTIES.
Even though the chalet is very private we ask our guests to be considerate and respectful of the neighbors especially when it comes to late night noise! We are the only rental house in the neighborhood. THIS IS NOT A PARTY CABIN!!!!!
I.e. If you are looking for a stag,stagette,or expect to be noisy after 11:30pm, you are looking at the wrong place and would lose your full damage deposit.
We rent for more than one months terms May 1 to Oct 31.

You will be walking distance from the shores of Green Lake and the Valley Trail, as well as other biking and hiking trails. One minute drive to Mckeever's general store, two minutes to Meadow Park Sports Center and gym.
We have a rustic,red brick,wood burning fireplace in the center of the entertainment living area. Firewood is supplied. Ample parking is all at street level. (No hills to get stuck on!) Snow clearing is provided after every storm.
Downstairs we have 1 king bed in the master bedroom and a single bunk in the room with the extra capacity washer and dryer. Upstairs there is a queen bed in the burgundy room with a door to the upstairs balcony, a queen bunk in the blue room ,a queen bunk in the room above the hot-tub and a double bunk over the ski locker. That's 10 beds total! (counting bunks as 2).
Smoking and PETS are STRICTLY PROHIBITED to protect ourselves and any one else that may suffer from allergies.
IMPORTANT: For various technical reasons, we have a 31 day dedicated block of time under a residential tenancy agreement pursuant to the Residential Tenancy Act of B.C. You will need to sign this agreement as well as our own rental agreement setting out our terms and conditions. This is our standard protocol.
However, if your needs are for less than this 31 day blocked time period, we will adjust our pricing downwards based on actual use due our saving on utilities and wear and tear. In that situation, we still maintain the full block of time allocated for your tenancy as that is our policy. If you wish to stay the full time blocked for you or other additional time, we will adjust the rental price upwards accordingly.
Our rates are among the lowest per head in Whistler and are flexible.
