A true haven, located in a quiet area of Mont-Tremblant with views of the surrounding mountains and river. The property offers relaxation as well as proximity to all the services Tremblant has to offer. Access to a private hot tub on the main porch and private pool during summer season. Only 5 minutes away by car from the resort, 12 minutes away from Saint-Jovite.
The guests have access to the complete house which includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 powder room, their own laundry room, private 4 season outdoor hot tub and pool (during summer season only). Bbq on the main porch.
This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund of the rental amount is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in.
Our house rules: not suitable for infants under 2, primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited in the home. If evidence of smoking in the home is found, $500 will be charged to deep clean the property.
-There will be no loud or large parties in the home or on the grounds – quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. All guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance, and conduct themselves at all times in a manner respectful of and inoffensive to the neighbours.
-For insurance and safety purposes occupancy (including children over 3 years of age & visitors) is not to exceed 14
-No pets allowed. If proof of the presence of a pet is found in the property – penalty $500.
-Hot Tub If evidence of inappropriate use of the hot-tub is found resulting in the need for a complete back-wash the amount of $250 + tax will be charged
-Prior to vacating the property, the Tenant is responsible for the removal of all garbage and recyclables, ensuring that all dishes and cookware are clean, and returning any furniture that was moved to its original position. Failure to comply may lead to penalty charges.
-In the case of unforeseen events out of our control including but not limited to internet, television or telephone service interruption, water shortage or sewer failure, any ‘act of nature’ including power failure, the property manager & owners will not be held liable for monetary compensation including refund of rental fees paid, or responsible for any obligations arising from the event. We will make every effort to help remedy the situation in any way that is possible
