This quiet two-bedroom ground floor condo offers everything you need for your mountain escape. The huge master bedroom features a private patio, king size bed, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with large jetted tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. A queen-size futon in the living room provides extra sleeping space (maximum of 6 guests in total). The second bathroom has a tub and shower.
The comfortable living room has a gas fireplace, comfy sofa, large flat screen TV with Netflix / Crave streaming TV and movies, as well as DVD player and library of TV shows and movies. Please note there is no cable TV service at this condo! (Most of our guest don't require it, if there is a must-see sports event that you don't want to miss, it's likely on at the local pub). High speed wireless internet lets you stay in touch.
The open kitchen is full stocked with everything you will need, and basic staples and cooking supplies are on hand. There is a barbeque and dining space on the patio handy to the kitchen/dining area.
The condo was recently painted, it has warm cozy mountain decor (no boring hotel white), all furnishings are in excellent condition and the condo is cleaned after each guest.
For pet owners: we are dog owners and know how difficult it can be to find vacation accommodations when traveling with pets, so we welcome well behaved pets (subject to an additional cleaning fee to ensure the comfort of future guests), and there is a large dog bed in front of the fire for your pet's comfort. The ground level patio door makes it easy to take your pets outside and we have supplied tie-ups for large and small dogs. (Picking up after pets is a must!)
Allergy sufferers please note: while this unit is cleaned between guests, it is a pet friendly unit, most of our guests bring dogs and the owners have dogs. We cannot guarantee that ordinary cleaning will remove all allergens, and as a result, if anyone in your party has pet allergies, we recommend that you select a different, pet free home for your vacation.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your use.
The condo is located one kilometer (with a walkable sidewalk all the way) from the village of Radium Hot Springs, which has a neighbourhood pub, family restaurants, coffee shop, gas stations, grocery store, liquor store and a few other shops. It is a short drive into the town of Invermere which offers a larger selection of dining, shops and services, as well as beaches on Lake Windermere.
The property uses keyless smart locks so there is no need to coordinate picking up keys; we simply provide you with codes to self-check-in at your convenience. Your codes will be unique to you and work only during your stay, for your security.

Radium Hot Springs and the surrounding area are a year-round paradise famous for the mineral hot springs (just minutes from the condo). In the winter, we are handy to downhill skiing/snowboarding (about 30 minutes to Panorama Resort, 60 minutes to Kicking Horse), cross country skiing, ice skating and snow shoeing. Spring to fall the area is a golfer's paradise with courses from basic to world class. The valley offers opportunities for hiking, wildlife viewing, kayaking/ canoeing and more.
