New to the vacation rental market in Summer 2019!
Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite in Canmore Crossing is over 1200 sq. ft. and has all the amenities to make a family vacation or weekend getaway with friends unforgettable. This suite has the best location in town as it is walking distance to almost everything - most restaurants, pubs, cafes, and shops are within a 5-10 minute walk, and less than a 3 minute walk to 2 major grocery stores, 3 liquor stores, 3 pharmacies, 2 bike/ski rental shops, and a bank. Our suite also has stunning mountain views from the living room, balcony, and all three bedrooms. We include the use of our Banff National Park Pass during your stay ($20 value/day.)
The open concept kitchen is fully equipped for guests to make a quick snack or to prepare a culinary masterpiece. You will find upgraded appliances and ample place settings. There is seating for five in the dining area, and additional seating for four is available at the kitchen island. For our guest’s convenience, we include staples such as coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper, garbage bags, paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs.
Relax in front of the living room fireplace after an afternoon of hiking/skiing or delight in the stunning views while you enjoy a glass of wine or use the propane BBQ on the balcony.
The living room has an oversized leather sofa and love seat, and a sleeper sofa to entertain larger groups. Additionally, the living room is equipped with a 60” tv with cable and netflix.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom that has a shower/tub combo, and a tv with netflix.
The second bedroom has a queen bed along with a tv with netflix.
The third bedroom/den is small, but functional with a bunk bed and a couple of room dividers that provide some privacy from the living room (please note that the top bunk has a weight restriction of 150lbs).
The second bathroom is a full bathroom with shower.
The living room also has a queen size sleeper sofa, so this suite can sleep 8 guests, and also includes the use of a pack and play for little ones. Both bathrooms include amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion.
There is a stacker washer/dryer in a separate laundry room, and laundry soap is included for our guest’s convenience.
Our suite includes complimentary wi-fi, and the use of an underground parking stall (lots of additional parking available in the surrounding parking lots if needed). The Canmore Crossing building has a rooftop hot tub with the best views in the entire Bow Valley, a 360 degree full panorama…take your camera for this luxurious soak. Hot tub towels are also provided in the unit. A basic fitness room has weights and a few machines including a treadmill and plenty of space for a workout.
This is a self-service vacation stay and daily cleaning service is not included.
Please note that Canmore has a railway line that runs through the middle of town, so is subject to some additional noise as trains pass by.
