Welcome to Parkview Cottage!
You're in a great location just a couple streets from shopping, Shaw Theatre, the waterfront and restaurants in Historic Old Town, Niagara-on-the-Lake! Our cosy home offers 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, free WiFi and a beautiful back garden with walk out deck from the kitchen.
Our vacation rental is perfect for up to 4 people! Each bedroom has a queen bed! The 4-piece bathroom is a tub shower combination and was recently updated! The open concept living room and dining is great for relaxing after a busy day touring heritage sites, wineries, breweries or attending a Shaw play! The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, drip-coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, silverware and glasses (including wine glasses). The kitchen is pre-stocked with salt and pepper, sugar packets, non-stick spray, paper towels, dish soap, tea towels, dish cloths and enough coffee and tea to get you started. The lower floor laundry is supplied with laundry soap, stain remover and dryer sheets. Bedding, towels, hair dryer, facial and toilet tissue, shampoo and hand soap are provided.
We have a small front porch by the main entrance that is great in the evening to watch the people go by, and often you can see the horse drawn carriages coming and going. The outdoor deck with seating for 4 and a BBQ/grill is on the South side of the house so great for the afternoon or evening. It's easily accessible to the kitchen. The fenced back yard offers a tranquil space to relax! Parkview Cottage built in the 50s has the original front door and hardwood floors. There have been numerous updates since, but it still has the quaint feel of mid-century modern architecture. Our house is great for one or two couples or a small family with parking for 2 cars.
The community pool is right next door and is open from mid-June to Labour Day weekend. (Note there is a daily fee for the community pool.)
