This is my 2 bedroom loft timeshare unit in one of the best locations in all of whistler across the stroll from and with a view of the Whistler and Blackcomb Gondolas!
The condo sleeps 8, has a private hot tub as well as use of the Hilton pool and jacuzzi.

This spectacular unit is at the very top of Whistler Village! Gondolas to either mountain are directly downstairs. Easy walk to everything in the Village. Overlooks Whistler Towne Square with numerous restaurants with outside decks to enjoy after ski time in the sun (weather permitting of course)! The Village has TONS of restaurants, a grocery store, two ice cream shops (one is just downstairs) and a movie theater. Again or a short walk into the Village. Very kid friendly with ski schools that actually take the kids up on the mountain for the day (on mountain instruction but mostly just having fun- small class sizes.
The unit has two queen bedrooms, two baths plus two queen hide a bed (one in living room and one in the loft). There is a private hot tub in the unit, a steam shower and access to a pool and exercise facility in the adjoining Hilton. One under building covered and reserved parking stall.
The entire unit is yours to use. No shared spaces.

Guests checking in must be at least 25 years of age(URL HIDDEN) A security deposit of $300 will be collected at the time of check in to cover costs of damages and/or lost keys(URL HIDDEN) Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. A $500 fee will apply if a pet is brought into the unit(URL HIDDEN) Smoking is not permitted in the units. A $500 fee will apply if this rule is violated(URL HIDDEN) Any consent or approval given by the Timeshare Association under these Rules and Regulations shall be revocable at any time(URL HIDDEN) Regulations governing the use of the recreational facilities within the Condominium, including permitted hours, guest rules, safety and sanitary provisions, and all other pertinent matters, shall be adopted from time to time by the Condominium Association and posted in areas containing such recreational facilities(URL HIDDEN) Timeshare Owners shall be held responsible for the actions of their children, other family members, guests, licensees, invitees, and lessees(URL HIDDEN) Any damage to a building, Timeshare Unit or Common Elements caused by a Timeshare Owner, his family or his guests, licensees, invitees, and lessees shall be repaired at the expense of such Timeshare Owner(URL HIDDEN) The walkways, entrances, halls, corridors, stairways, ramps and rights-of-way shall not be obstructed or used for any purpose other than ingress to and egress from the Common Elements and the Timeshare Units(URL HIDDEN) No bicycles, skis, scooters, baby carriages or similar vehicles or toys or other personal articles shall be allowed to stand in any of the driveways or other Common Elements, except in areas specifically designated for such purposes(URL HIDDEN) All garbage and refuse from the Timeshare Units shall be placed in plastic bags and deposited with care in designated areas intended for such purpose only at such times and in such manner as the Timeshare Association will direct. All disposals shall be used in accordance with instructions given to the Timeshare Owner by the Timeshare Association(URL HIDDEN) The agents of the Timeshare Association and any contractor or workman authorized by the Timeshare Association may enter any Timeshare Unit at any reasonable hour of the day for any purpose. Except in case of emergency, entry will be made by pre-arrangement with the respective Timeshare owner(URL HIDDEN) No vehicle belonging to a Timeshare Owner, a member of the family of a Timeshare Owner, or a guest, tenant or employee of a Timeshare Owner shall be parked in such a manner as to impede or prevent ready access to another Unit’s parking space.
