This is a modern 2 bedroom + 2 full bathroom high rise condo, with south-facing panoramic windows and breathtaking view of the lakefront cityscape. We are located just several minutes walk to Scotiabank Arena, Toronto Convention Centre, Ripley's Aquarium, CN tower, Rogers Centre Dome, and the harbourfront area. There's also a Longo's supermarket & LCBO store right across the street. It is also conveniently located close to Union Station & UP Express train to the Toronto International Airport.
Unique open concept layout that takes full advantage of the space and views. Each of the 2 bedrooms are located on the opposite end of the living area, providing added separation and privacy. There are 2 full bathrooms, both with bath tubs. Our condo is also equipped with all the conveniences & amenities to make you feel like your own home.
1) Guests have exclusive access to all spaces within the condo. Please feel free to use anything that's available in the condo.
2) Our condo can accommodate up to 6 guests - 2 persons in each of the two bedrooms with queen size beds, and 2 additional persons in the living room on a queen size pull-out sofa bed.
Other things to note
IMPORTANT!! (Effective Fri, April 12, 2019): to improve security assurance for both the short term rental guests and the condo residents, our condo management has instituted NEW COMPULSORY Identification & Registration rules that require:
- Full names of all guests + government ID #s (e.g. passport, driver's license, etc.), to be registered with security by the Host at least 24 hours prior to arrival
- Car license plate # (if applicable), and
- Check-in at concierge desk with government photo ID

1) There is 24/7 onsite security, and the premises and facilities are monitored & secured through closed-circuit security cameras (i.e. at all entrances, lobby, underground garage, lounge, inside the elevators, and the elevator lobby on each floor).
NOTE: we DO NOT have any security camera inside our condo unit.
2) Max Height of the parking garage entrance: 2.03 meters (6 ft. 8 inches).
3) Width & length of the parking space is designed to comfortably fit vehicles up to midsize SUVs.
4) The condo/apartment unit door is equipped with an August Smart Lock, which allows us to remotely lock/unlock the door.
5) As this is a condominium, concierge and/or maintenance personnel may require access inside the unit from time to time without prior notice, for security, inspection or maintenance purposes. If entry is made while the guest(s) is not present, a Notice of Entry (with date & time) will be left inside the unit as a confirmation of entry. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause to our guest(s).
6) PLEASE NOTE: the published daily rate you see on the calendar is for 2 guests only; we charge an extra $40/person/night for additional guests above 2.
