Across the street is a 24hr Metro full service grocery store with pharmacy and less than 5-min walk to the LCBO liquor & beer store. The entire unit is yours! You also have access to the gym, rooftop outdoor glass-raised swimming pool and patio to relax and socialize. The pool and patio are under construction and unavailable, scheduled to re-open July 8 2019.

The condo is located in the lively St Lawrence Market neighbourhood, 5-min walk west to the financial district and 15-min walk to all the attractions. Across the street is the 24hr Metro full-service grocery store with pharmacy, 5-min walk east is the LCBO liquor/beer store. Numerous restaurants, bars and night life within walking/crawling distance.
Spring, summer & fall, the best way to get around Toronto is by foot or with a bicycle, you'll find Toronto Bike Share Stations across the city. 4-min walk west on King St is the underground PATH that connects most of the downtown core.
Public transportation via TTC street cars is next to my condo on King St and subway 4-min walk west on King St. Union Station, a 10-min walk, is the transportation hub of the city (UP Express to/from the Airport, VIA rail, GO commuter trains and TTC), you can easily get anywhere you need around the city. Uber/Lyft are also great and easy ways to get around. The Gardiner Expressway (Highway) is 3-min drive away.
My free private underground parking space in my building's parking garage is yours to use during your stay. Additional paid parking is available on levels A&B (P1&P2), rates vary but last I checked they were about $23 per day Monday-Friday, about $6 overnight and about $6 per day Saturday-Sunday. Pay at the meter in the parking garage.
This reservation has a flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund of the rental amount is provided for travellers cancelling between 14 to 30 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in.

This is not a hotel and short-term rentals are legal in my condo. Lobby Security provides NO service to guests so please do NOT speak with them. Contact me for any questions.
Check-in is anytime after 4:00PM. Check out by 11:00AM. Self check-in with lockbox.
You are staying in my home. The surveillance device, in the living room attached to the bottom of the TV facing away from the bedrooms, is there to protect my property & belongings and deter bad guest behaviour such as parties/events/social gatherings, smoking/vaping in my condo and additional guests over the number on the booking. It records 8:00PM to 1:00AM.
Please be respectful of my neighbours by keeping the noise down from 10:00PM to 8:00AM. Any fines resulting from complaints will be passed on to guests.
Out of respect for other guests with pet allergies, no pets are allowed.
No parties, events or social gatherings in my condo unit or any common areas in the condo building. Violation of this rule results in a CA$1,000 fine plus any fines from complaints.
Extra visitors are welcome from 9:00am to 12:00am. Visitors staying past these hours will be considered extra guests and you will be charged CA$30 for each additional guest per night plus 13% tax.
My condo unit is a smoke/vape free zone, no smoking or vaping in my condo unit. You may smoke or vape Canadian-legal substances on the balcony. Violation of this rule results in a CA$1,000 fine.
If you lose the keys there is CA$300 replacement charge.
Under the bathroom sink I provide disposable makeup removing pads and wipes, please use to remove makeup/oils. Please do not soil linens or towels with makeup/oils, you will be responsible to repay or replace such items.
