Newly renovated and generously equipped, this condo is ready for your epic mountain adventure. There are beautiful panoramic mountain views of the Canadian Rockies out every window in this unit.
Our condo is two blocks from the main street and shares the block with Starbucks, Safeway, Save-On-Foods, Tim Hortons, Liquor Stores, Canadian Tire, and Pizza Hut amongst others.
Staying with us enables you to utilize one of three hot tubs* on the property two roof-tops and indoor), which offers the perfect end to your day of hiking, skiing or shopping. Additionally, guests can also take advantage of any of the three modestly equipped fitness rooms*.
*Please note: to keep guests safe during the global COVID-19 pandemic, the Government of Alberta has mandated the closure of all communal hot tubs and fitness centres-which includes ours. They plan to ease these restrictions in Phase 3.
There is public transportation nearby that can take you to Banff's townsite in approximately 20 minutes.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is clean, modern and fully equipped. Appliances include fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. There is pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, and serving dishes that make meal prep a breeze. For seating, there is four barstools and a table with four dining chairs as well as a high chair for babies.
LIVING ROOM: Our living room has stellar views of the Rocky Mountains including Mount Lady Macdonald and a gas fireplace for you to warm up after a day on the slopes. There is a pullout sofa-bed (queen-size), two cozy chairs, a writing desk and chair and a Smart TV; cable TV and Wi-Fi.
PATIO: Our unit also has a large covered patio complete with a propane BBQ, two chairs, an end table, and of course, mini lights!
MASTER SUITE: Our master suite is bright, clean and spacious! It has a king-size bed with fresh, crisp linens, two bedside tables, a cozy reading area, a large dresser, a Smart TV and generous closet space. There is plenty of closet space and a large chest for lengthy stays. The master ensuite has a tub/shower, a stand-up shower, and a well light vanity with plenty of space for your items.
BEDROOM TWO: Our smaller bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed with clean, crisp linens, modern bedside tables, plenty of closet space and a dresser for extended stays.
LAUNDRY ROOM: We have in-suite laundry that is free to use (laundry soap included). We also have an ironing board, iron, and hairdryer.
PARKING & STORAGE: We have underground parking, and it is free to use when you stay. Guests can also use our secure underground storage locker to store skis, snowboards, bicycles as well as other equipment.
This unit is non-smoking (including tobacco, e-cigarettes, and cannabis). Also, we cannot accommodate pets.
