The house is kept in pristine condition and I take great pride in ensuring that it is perfect for each guest's stay. Sofa ($7000), Coffee and Dining table ($5000) and master bed head/footboard ($2500). Please keep this in mind as you enjoy. I kindly ask that any food or drink be kept off of the couch. There are placemats for dining and coasters for beverages. Jeans with buttons, zippers, keys, pens should be kept off the leather seating as its aged premium leather that scratches easily. For this reason this home is strictly a non smoking, no pets environment.
Smokers are welcome to do so outdoors but pets are not permitted at anytime.
