Looking forward to relax in a lounge chair on your own huge balcony in downtown Vancouver? This comfy and stylish apartment is exactly what you are looking for!
After a warm summer day at the beach you are steps away from trendy Yaletown with all the best restaurants and bars and all kind of cuisines.
Head north and you will see the mountains, go south and take the aquabus to Granville Island for a tasty lunch or go to the Orpheum which is only 1 block away. Because of the perfect location this is all possible. And let’s be honest, after that day you deserve a glass of wine on your own balcony. It’s a place to slow down, relax and have the best time in Vancouver.
This stylish and clean apartment has an open layout and a loft feeling because of some exposed concrete walls. The balcony is the eye catcher and is really unique because it has two big sliding doors, which can fully open. So it becomes part of the living room in a heartbeat and you can have breakfast or dinner in the sun. It feels like outdoor living, in downtown Vancouver.
The modern European style kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, kettle, microwave, oven and dishwasher. There is no TV in this apartment, because Vancouver is too beautiful. So go hiking in the mountains, swim in the ocean and have a nice drink in the evening on the balcony.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed with a pillow top mattress for a good night sleep. There are two sliding doors to close the bedroom. The modern 4-piece bathroom gets you ready for the day with a sink, toilet and bathtub with rain shower.
There is a den more storage (clothing, etc.) and the apartment has in-house laundry with a washing machine and a dryer.
The building has a fully equipped gym and security electronic keys to access the building and elevator.
