Our unit has granite countertops, a Jacuzzi soaker tub and ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathroom. This unit was built for peace and serenity. Facing the mountainside of the property away from foot traffic and the parking lot. There are no hallways in this condo, every unit has a door directly to the outdoors.
This condo is close to the ski resort with ski in and ski out convenience, but is also somewhat removed from the hustle and bustle of the village. Allowing you to get an early nights sleep or hop on the free shuttle and head into the village for some nightlife!
Our unit is in a location that has over 15 nearby golf courses, 8 public and private ski resorts, a dozen public beaches, plenty of fun festivals and events, great shopping, fantastic spas and fine gourmet dining. It supports an abundance of outdoor activities such as, hiking, biking, fishing, canoeing, kayaking and even surfing. There are nature preserves, conservation areas, parks, caves, waterfalls, trails and a fish ladder. Cycle the Georgian Trail or hike the Bruce Trail.

We are members of the Blue Mountain Village Association. Our membership allows our guests to enjoy the Blue Mountain Private Beach. There is no cost to enjoy the beach.
On site amenities include; washrooms, change rooms, a restaurant, towels, free parking or free shuttle service, picnic tables, volleyball nets and balls, children’s sand toys, soccer balls, footballs, badminton, bocce ball, croquet, horseshoes, beach games, flotation devices, and pedal boats / kayaks ($10 an hour per person).
WHAT TO BRING
Bring your own food. Pack a cooler full of supplies for your stay or shop at the Foodland/ Metro or Loblaws and save on dining out. Bring your skis or snowboards this unit has a secure ski locker on the front porch. It has room for plenty of skis, boards and poles. Charcoal and starter fluid for the BBQ, don't forget matches. If you think you might need to do laundry, put some detergent in a container. The guest laundry has washers and dryers. Whatever you choose to do, bring an appetite, because there are world class dining establishments throughout the area.
The free resort shuttle will pick you up 24 hours a day! All you have to do is call them first.

Linens & Towels
Our condo offers full linen and towels, but please leave them in the room. Bring your own towels for the beach, hot tub and swimming pool. We also supply basic personal amenities such as soaps, shampoo and all paper and cleaning goods.
Air Conditioning and Heat
Please use the thermostat in the kitchen to adjust the temperature to your liking. Our unit is air conditioned and heated by electricity. Upon your departure kindly lower the temperature to 15*C in the winter and 25*C in the summer.
The Waste and recycle bins are located under the tennis courts.
A Charcoal BBQs is provided. The BBQ grill should be cleaned/brushed after each use. Please bring your own charcoal or charcoal may be purchased at the gatehouse.
Dogs are welcome. Please keep your pet on a leash, or near you at all times. Do not allow your pet to disturb the neighbours. Your efforts to “stoop & scoop” will be appreciated by the neighbours and the next guests. Not to mention By-law

OTHER VEHICLES Kindly let us know if you are trailering a boat or trailer, so we can arrange for a parking space. Bicycles are welcome to be stored and locked on the front porch. Please do not bring them into the unit or onto the side deck.
Check-out time is 11am unless otherwise indicated on your booking confirmation form. Please adhere to this schedule in order that there be sufficient time for any condo maintenance and preparation for the next guests.
Personal Items Please remember to take all of your personal items when you check out. If requested, the we will retain any forgotten items for a maximum of 2 weeks while you arrange to pick them up.
