This house is in the beautiful residential neighborhood of Corey Hill in between Coolidge Corner and Washington Square in Brookline, Massachusetts. It is walking distance to lots of great "foodie" restaurants and bars. A short T (subway) trip or walk will take you to Fenway park, museums, and all that Boston has to offer.
The subway (green line) is a 5 minute walk, downhill, both ways... Well actually it is a bit of exercise on the way back to our house but you can take the historic walking paths up the hill, or Uber like most people.
1) No pets. A $250 cleaning fee will be removed from your deposit if evidence of pets is found.
2) No smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be removed from your deposit if evidence of smoking is found. Please note that the house is remotely monitored by internet connected smoke detectors that detect cigarette smoke and tampering.
3) No parties/ No noise / No late night guests. This is a residential neighborhood so no noise and no gathering/loitering outside after 10pm. The Town of Brookline has a noise bylaw with fines for both noise makers and landlords. If you are noisy, the Brookline Police will be called and you (and us) could be cited and fined. Additionally, a $500 fine will be removed from your deposit if police are called or neighbors are disturbed. If you arrive after 10pm be as quite as a mouse outside. Anyone at the house after midnight is counted as an overnight guest and may be charged as such. We are good friends with our neighbors and we take their peace of mind very seriously, so be nice and respectful to them.
Please note, that there are security cameras in the common space to monitor noise and movement. Violation of house rules or tampering with security equipment may result in fines and eviction (without refund).Get the full listing »
