Enjoy south-views of the slopes and 10-Mile Range off the large deck. Also, enjoy the ease and convenience of the large ski locker at the end of the hallway.

This property is a quick 10-minute drive to town or parking for the gondola. Common Amenities: Complex amenities and buildings may be unavailable in the off-season and for maintenance without notice.
PARKING: Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot. WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.

What to be aware of:
- Located 10-minutes north of Breckenridge Main Street, but the private shuttle can drop you off in town or the slopes (winter only).
- The Lodge allows 1 car per unit on a first-come/first-serve basis, however you can use the free winter shuttle or the free town shuttle just off of I-9 to get to town.
- You need to keep your skis and outdoor gear on the deck.
