The "Kokopelli Kondo II" has the best of both worlds - located right on the mountain at Peak 9, and just a short (approx. 1 block) walk to beautiful downtown Breckenridge shops and restaurants.
The Kokopelli Kondo II is nestled between Peak 9 base of the Breckenridge Ski Area, and the historic Main street shops and restaurants of downtown Breckenridge, Colorado. Our condo is located within the newly remodeled Village at Breckenridge resort community.
The ''Kokopelli II' is a true Ski-in/Ski-Out resort property. The ski lifts are a short elevator ride and about a 60-meter walk to the lift ticket offices, ski lift (the "Quicksilver" 6-person high-speed lift) and ski slopes. Maximize your ski lift ticket / passes by spending less time getting to the slopes and more time adventuring on Breckenridge's thrilling ski / ride trails - all accessible a short distance from your condo!
There are more condos than parking spaces at the Village, and so onsite parking is limited and only available on a first-come, first serve basis.
There are several offsite parking options available:
- Offsite surface parking, nearby at the Town's ice-skating rink lot
$15 per night, payable onsite at time of arrival. Half mile walk to the condos, or a shuttle ride away (shuttle arrives every 20 minutes)

If choosing not to bring a car, there are several dependable shuttle services from Denver International Airport. We recommend 4 Seasons Executive Car Service, as they provide a personal services at similar shuttle service prices. Your reservation w/4 Seasons includes an exclusive vehicle (SEDAN for 1-3 guests, SUV for 4-6, and VAN for 7-10) for a more personalized experience than a typical shared shuttle. Your driver will be ready at the terminal door of your choice at DIA, and will take you directly to Breck without additional waiting or stops. Call 1.303.435.389 for reservations and discount codes.
You may also chose Colorado Mountain Express (CME), which has regularly scheduled service to and from Denver International Airport. For our guests, we offer a 10% discount when choosing CME shuttle services.
If you want to venture out further than walking distance from the condo, guests can catch the Summit Stage Shuttle to all of Summit County, Keystone, Silverthorne outlet stores, & the Breck Recreation Center from a bus stop just 100 feet away! Please refer to the location graphics in our photo section for a better idea of how close you will be to both the ski area and to charming Main Street Breckenridge.
Amenities include on-site health club (included at no extra charge). our rental also includes unlimited access to The Village Health Club located on the property inside The Peak Nine Inn. Pool hours are 8 AM to 10 PM and the exercise room is available from 6 AM to 11 AM. The Village Heath Club facility has four (4) outdoor hot tubs for soaking sore muscles after a fantastic day on the mountain. We also have a heated indoor-outdoor pool, aerobic and weight exercise room (with treadmill and life-cycle aerobic equipment), large steam room, dry sauna, locker room, and showers.
Ski rentals, ski school and restaurants within the village
The Village at Breckenridge resort is home to two ski rental shops (Breeze & Christie Sports), 2 Restaurants (Sauce & The Pub), on-site Peak 9 medical clinic -- all located steps from the Kokopelli at Plaza level.
If you and your guests are looking to explore the historic town of Breckenridge, it doesn't get much easier than doing so from the Village location. Our premier location walking distance to incredible restaurants, historic Main Street's Victorian shops, restaurants, night life, Performing Arts Center, bike trail (400 miles of paved bike trails!), and nearby municipal ice skating rink.
