Welcome to our beach house. Our stunning 6 bedroom and 4.5 bath beach house sleeps 13 people comfortably in beds, plus, 4 additional people on the dual sleeper sofas in the living room. This home offers a private heated pool and spa, and amazing views of the bay, sunrise, and sunset from the rooftop deck. We also have the home next door, which is identical to this home, and renting both is a great option for large groups or families traveling together that need to homes next to each other or a total of 12 bedrooms and 3 sleeper sofas!.
The location is phenomenal. You're right by the Bay, so your views of the Bay are expansive. You can watch the sunrise to the East over the bay in the morning with unobstructed views, the sunset sky at night to the West, and then the moon rise to the East again in the evening. When you're not enjoying the views you'll likely enjoy that the home is next to Bradenton Beach Marina, less than a 1 minute walk, so if you wanted to bring your boat and rent a boat slip you can do that, or you can rent a boat from the marina, book an adventure tour or fishing charter, and so much more. Our home is also less than a 3-minute walk to Bridge Street where some of the best shopping, restaurants, bars, entertainment, nightlife, and family fun is located. It has something for everyone. We love the Bridge Street area, and our guests and friends all do too - live music, great restaurants, fun vibes, trivia, and soon to come, Daiquiri Deck. It's definitely one of the most fun, if not the most fun areas of the Island and you can walk there in minutes. Oh ya, and don't forget that you're just a short stroll, 3 minutes or less walk, to the famous white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island and Bradenton Beach.
The home itself features a great room style main living area with a Full Kitchen with all the supplies you'll need, a nice size living room with HDTV, and a dining room that seats 6 at the dining table with 4 additional seats at the kitchen's island. This is a great space for a home like this, and it is designed to allow for the entire family to be in the same room together at the same time - cooking, socializing, watching TV or anything else. We know this is important to us when we vacation, so we know it will be something you'll like as well.
Downstairs you'll find the Heated Pool and Spa and covered seating area with an outdoor dining table for 8 plus a bar top for 2, a propane BBQ Grill, Foosball, and some lush tropical landscaping. You'll love sitting out here and having fun with your family in this space.
Upstairs, you'll find the rooftop deck with seating for 6 people. There is no better place to listen to the soft echo of live music from Bridge Street or watch the colorful effects of sunset and the twilight sky, and then watch the moon rise of the Bay to the East. Watching this 1-hour long event is one of my favorite things to do every day.
This home is truly incredible. It shines like it is brand new. We take pride in our home, and we promise you will find it clean, neat, decorated beautifully, with all of the amenities I've described. You'll absolutely love this home. When you rent with me you know what you're getting, and there aren't any surprises. It's always easier to book with someone who has a vested interest in the property they are renting to you. We will do everything we can to ensure the home is exactly what you want, and we will ensure that you know exactly where to go and what to do when you are here so that you can vacation here like you are a local.
**Please Note: The cleaning fee includes cleaning, linens (bed sheet, bath towels, beach towels), admin fee, and property damage protection of up to $500 of accidental damage.**
PET POLICY - This home is pet friendly! Our rules and restrictions are as follows:
Pets (dogs only, anything else must be approved) are allowed under certain conditions and must be approved prior to arrival. A $150 pet fee plus 12% tax is required for extra cleaning. There is a limit of 2 pets max, with a combined total weight limit of 50 lbs.
No dangerous breeds will be accepted. Owner(s) of the animals are responsible for any damage, property damage, medical expenses, and/or excess cleaning that occurs due to the pet.
“Dangerous breed” is defined as:
Any purebred or crossbred dog comprised of any of the following breeds:
• Pit Bull-type,
• German Shepherd,
• Husky-type (including Siberian breeds),
• Doberman Pinscher,
• Chow Chow,
• Any Wolf-dog hybrid, or
• Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone where the injury required medical attention, or where any insured or any tenant, guest or visitor of the insured knew that a dog was potentially dangerous.
**CANCELLATION POLICY --
NO refunds will be made for canceled reservations unless AMI Locals is able to re-rent the accommodation for the same period of time for the same rental amount. If AMI Locals is able to re-rent the property at no loss to AMI Locals, a full refund will be issued minus the nonrefundable $100.00 administrative fee, taxes, and any discounts or expenses required to re-rent the property. If AMI Locals is able re-rent the home for a portion of the cancelled stay, or for a reduced amount or portion of the original rental fee, the guest will be refunded for the re-rented days or the reduced amount only, minus the nonrefundable $100.00 administrative fee, taxes, and any discounts or expenses required to rent the property.
AMI Locals does not make any representation or guarantee that AMI Locals will be able to re-rent the property for what was originally paid by the guests. Guests covered under the travel insurance recommended by AMI Locals (CSA), may be exempt from this loss if the reason for cancellation is covered under the policy. The travel insurance fee is non-refundable.
If guest has to shorten their stay or change their unit after the final payment due date, normal cancellation penalties apply, whether travel insurance was purchased or not. If guest shortens their stay resulting in an early departure after they have checked in, no refunds will be provided for the nights not used. If a non-arrival, late arrival, early departure, cancellation or alteration results in a loss of revenue to AMI Locals, it will be charged. The loss can be avoided if the recommended travel insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy. In the event of an Act of God such as adverse weather, tornadoes, fire, lightning strikes, etc., the management and owners are not responsible for any refunds from monies which have been paid to AMI Locals, or for providing lodging elsewhere.
