This beachfront ground floor one bedroom suite is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with amazing views and direct access from your lanai right onto the best beaches that Anna Maria Island has to offer. This suite features: Private bedroom with 1 Deluxe King bed, 1 full bath with shower/tub combo, separate living and dining area with dining table, sleeper sofa, and TV, and a full size kitchen with stove/oven, fridge/freezer, garbage disposal, microwave, coffeemaker, and toaster. Outside the sliding glass doors on the lanai are lounge chairs with direct west access for lounging in the sun and those magical sunsets.
Room amenities include: Daily maid service, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer, alarm clock, iron/ironing board, beach chairs/towels/umbrella, wireless internet, cable television, designated parking, heated pool, access to on-site cabanas and complimentary beach loungers.
No Pets/No Smoking/Registered Guest must be at least 25 years of age and be on site at all times.

Room Types are based on size (Studio, 1/2 Bedroom), location (Beachfront/Courtyard), and elevation (Ground/Second Floor). All efforts are made to accommodate room requests but these cannot be guaranteed and may be moved to a comparable room type. Photos may not be of identical room but are of comparable room type and description.
Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. No dates will be held for reservation requests in which no deposit has been paid or without express written consent of Manager. Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of deposit and receipt of Booking Confirmation. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure accuracy of dates confirmed. After booking confirmed, rates or dates of reservation will not be adjusted for any newly published rates applicable to dates of existing reservations.
Standard payment schedule is payments are due 50% due at time of booking and 50% due 60 days prior to check in unless otherwise previously arranged. When reservations are booked and paid directly through third-party website, any additional payments due will be requested and must be paid through the website used to book. Service fees depend on website used to book reservation and are paid directly to website at time of booking and not paid to owner/manager. As a result, total amount due included in the Booking Confirmation does NOT include service fees nor can these be refunded or adjusted by the Owner/Manager.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be initiated in writing by the guest through website in which they booked. Cancellation requests received prior to 60 days from arrival date will receive a refund minus one night's rent plus tax. Cancellation requests received inside 60 days from arrival date for cancelling the entire or portion of a reservation, refunds of deposits or full payments, no shows or early departures after check-in will result in a 100% loss of all funds remitted to Bali Hai Beach Resort. If your check-in date is greater than 60 days out, you may opt to move your reservation to any available dates (with same rental requirements) within 1 year plus the difference in current rate, if any. Cancellations for any number of nights for non-arrivals, late arrivals, early departures or alterations that result in a loss of revenue will receive no refunds. Manager/Owner reserves the right to cancel any reservation for any reason subject to issuing a full refund without penalty or responsibility for providing lodging elsewhere.
Trip/Storm Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance including comprehensive trip cancellation insurance due to unforeseen eventualities including hurricane or tropical storms. Hurricane season is June 1st – November 30th. Weather or beach conditions cannot be guaranteed and no refunds will be given from monies which have been paid or for providing lodging elsewhere unless the state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations. For any day(s) that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order for in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently staying; any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the “Warning” is lifted; and any advance rents collected for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Warning” period.
