A privacy blackout shutter door divides the two rooms.
The guest bedrooms include a bedroom with a King sized poster bed, shuttered windows, Sony TV, armoire and lounge chair. Wood floors.
The third bedroom is comprised of two single bunk beds that sleep four. Shuttered windows and wood floors.
The fourth bedroom has one bunk bed a double bed on the bottom a single bed on the top and an underneath single trundle. Shuttered windows + wood floors.
2018 washer and 2016 dryer is on the bedroom level.
The second bathroom on the bedroom level has a green marble walk in shower benched, glass enclosed with rain shower as well as a hand held shower.
The upper level is an open loft with high ceilings and exposed wood beams displaying exquisite art and nautical antiques. The kitchen has all new 2016 stainless steel appliances and a food preparation island that seats four. The dining table seats six. A 40 inch Sony TV is in the living area. The loft has a powder room + toilet + sink.
On this level are two decks which wrap the north, east and south sides of the house. A new 2019 gas barbecue grill with unlimited propane, three bistro sets make up the deck furnishings. It is on these decks that you will have ocean and bay views, sunrises and sunsets.
