The house is a level walk to the hip and vibrant Double Bay, with designer shops and harbor beaches, as well as the transport hub at Bondi Junction and the world famous Bondi Beach. The house is positioned in a cul-de-sac with no through traffic, while being close to Copper Park with tennis facilities and children's playground, Lough playing fields and Harbour View Park. The popular Café Arno, a local breakfast hangout is at the end of the street less than 200 meters from the front door, for casual dining, your morning coffee or for those easy lunches. Choose between Redleaf beach (less than 2Kms away) with its family friendly beach, floating pontoons and café or Bondi Beach (3kms away) for your morning swim or surf.

The open living/dining area is beautifully decorated with comfortable 2.5 seat and 3 seat sofa set and dining for up to 10 people. This space connects directly to the state of the art kitchen with breakfast bar and casual living area with further 3 seat sofa/daybed. The kitchen is designed to look at the pool and garden for easy entertaining while kids swim in the pool. The outdoor dining area seats 6 comfortably, but up to 8 if you're feeling intimate.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, side tables and a private corner seating area. It has sliding doors opening to a Juliet balcony with views down across Lough playing fields out to Bellevue Hill in the distance and is extremely private. The master ensuite has a fantastic stone bath with valley views, as well as a shower, double vanity and toilet.

The ground floor bedrooms include a bunk room with spacious ensuite, kids play toys with childrens books also available. The second childs bedroom has a side table, drawers, change table and boori toddler bed.

The family bathroom includes a bath, shower and toilet. Luxurious towels are also provided for your use.

The convenience of the property location is hard to beat with all of Bondi Junction trains (and Westfield shops), Double Bay and Woollahra village approximately a 10 minute walk from the front door. A variety of stunning beaches are close by, including world famous Bondi Beach and the harbor beach of Redleaf, great for kids and adults alike with netted off swimming area and café for breakfast and lunch. If you'd prefer to catch the ferry stroll down to double bay for ferries to the city. This house really is in the heart of the Eastern Suburbs, with all of the beaches, dining and shopping that Sydney's East has to offer.
