This home has everything you will need for your next holiday! Five generous bedrooms, three bathrooms (three showers, one bath tub) large spacious kitchen/dining/sitting areas.
When you enter Coastal Paradise you will find yourself on the ground level with one bedroom (2 singles) along with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, dining and sitting area as well as combined laundry/bathroom with shower and toilet.
Upstairs, enjoy a second living area with views of Copacabana Beach, the master bedroom with a queen bed, walk through wardrobe and en-suite with shower and toilet and two more bedrooms, both with queens. The main bathroom on this level has a bath tub, shower and toilet.
There are four smart TVs on the property all with inbuilt Netflix so you can continue watching your favourite shows and additionally Foxtel.
This property provides complimentary WIFI and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WIFI will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back-up plan.
Please note there is the option to provide two additional foam mattresses. If you would like to make use of this, please book sleeping 12 or please contact our office for more information.
Heating and cooling
Coastal Paradise provides air conditioning along with ceiling fans and you will catch the breeze when you open the windows and doors during summer.
Covered doonas and pillows are provided. Linen is not supplied for this property. For your convenience three different linen packs from $15/guest– all including sheets and pillow slips for the beds, bath towels for the guests and face washers/bath mats/hand towels for the bathrooms - can be purchased directly through us. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
This property is let for holiday purposes only - each booking requires a Guest Registration Form, photo ID, refundable security bond and is subject to our Terms and Conditions. STRICTLY no parties or large gatherings, no bucks or hens and no smoking!
Pets are considered on application and incur an additional fee of $59/pet/stay which is directly to be paid to us.
Pet friendly terms and conditions must be agreed to, and any damages caused will be deducted from the bond. This permission is provided on a case by case basis and is subject to the following terms and conditions.
All pets are to remain outside, however small and toy breeds may be allowed inside following specific approval. Guests must ensure their dog:
- Is groomed to avoid moulting and is cleaned prior to entering the house to avoid
marks to the property
- Has had up to date worming, flea treatments, vaccinations
- Has had nails trimmed to avoid scratches to the floors and furnishings
- Does not jump up on beds, furniture or rugs (indoors or outdoors)
- Is not left unattended as excessive barking may result in complaints from
neighbours. If noise complaints are received and the pet cannot be quieted,
guests will be required to remove the dog from the property at their own
Additional cleaning charges may apply should pet hair, urine, fleas or any evidence (including smell) of the pet be left behind when guests leave. It is advised for pets to wear tick/flea collars to avoid bringing or picking up ticks/fleas to/from the area.
We accepts no responsibility for death of, loss of, injury or sickness to pets during the accommodation period - full and sole responsibility for the pet and its actions lie with the pet owner and upon acceptance of terms and conditions the guest agree that no legal action (including payment of veterinary accounts) will be taken against us or the landlord and that no discussion will be entered into. Please be aware that some properties have not been designed to be pet friendly.
Enjoy outdoor living and make the most of summer in the large pool, have a BBQ on the fully covered rear deck or admire the water views while the children can enjoy the cute cubby house!
You will find an outdoor shower to rinse off after spending the day at the beach.
There is parking in the garage for one car, as well as room for two cars on the driveway.
There is a minimum two-night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and five or seven-night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. Check out is strictly 10am and check in from 2.30pm unless an early check in and/or late check out has been booked and confirmed in writing.
We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Year’s Day or Easter public holidays, however if travelling arrangements require a check in on these days, please contact our office and we will check if we have cleaning staff available. Please note that in this case a public holiday check in fee will have to be paid directly to us.
An admin fee of $350 is directly payable to us. The admin fee is a combined fee for cleaning, booking and administration.
Copacabana is in a great location about 1 hour 20 minutes north of Sydney on the Central Coast between Avoca and Macmasters beaches with useful shops, such as a general store, coffee/take-away shops, chemist, ice cream shop, bottle shop, news agency with post office, hair & beauty salons and restaurants incl. a wood fired pizzeria. The local mini market also has surf boards for hire.
There is a park with swings and slides as well as a skatepark.
During the peak summer period, the beach is patrolled by our local surf club, - remember to swim between the flags. You are also only a short stroll away from Macmasters Beach and the nearby towns of Avoca Beach and Kincumber are a 5 to 10-minute drive away. All beaches are great for surfing, fishing & snorkelling and many have rock pools for the children.
The restored Avoca Theatre is an attraction by itself and the hourly ferry service from Ettalong or Wagstaff is a bliss for when you need to get out of the sun. Brisbane Waters can also be wandered by small ferries. Rather fun to catch the ferry to Palm Beach from Wagstaff and do a "gal's" spot of shopping.
For the golfers who experience withdrawal symptoms - Gosford and Woy Woy courses will solve the problem and the driving range at Kincumber will give you a quick fix.
Fisherman's Wharf at Woy Woy is good for seafood and pelican feeding times are worth watching at the Entrance.
Gosford Regional Gallery at West Gosford has great Japanese Gardens, a coffee shop and of course, gallery and gift shop. Gallery 460 near Kincumber has a gallery and huge sculpture park which are definitely worth a visit.
Finally: National Parks - Walking, Brisbane Waters - Boating, Reptile Park – Somersby, Wildlife Sanctuary – Calga.
