It is the perfect holiday location with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs, upstairs there are 2 queen sized bedrooms, 1 with en suite, and a 3rd bedroom with 3 single beds (2 convert to a king size for 2 people), plus a separate teens or adult retreat downstairs if you need and it has a queen bed and has its own toilet and wash basin and separate private covered outside area with 2 chairs and coffee table, facing the backyard.
There are 2 made up foldout single beds for 2 additional people if needed.
Even though there is normally a refreshing sea breeze, the kitchen/family room and lounge room are air conditioned, as is the main bedroom, and the cool air spreads (a little and noticeable on hot nights into the other 2 bedrooms helped by each room having a ceiling fan)
All linen and towels are provided.
Please let me know how many beds you need especially for the 3rd bedroom ( the guests couples or singles ?) so that we make up the house to meet your needs. Because if there are say 4 guests i will assume you only need 2 queen beds made.
Children and pets are most welcome. Pets are ok to sleep inside (as are the children of course).
For little children's safety there is a removable safety door for the kitchen stairs (stored in the 2nd bedroom cupboard) and I recently had safety glass and a safety door fitted to the back verandah that comply with the latest safety standards.
There are beach items in the garage for your use including snorkeling gear, boogie boards, sand castle making toys, beach ball, beach chairs and umbrella and fishing rods and bait boxes.
There is an outdoor shower at the front to wash off beach sand.
There is a foldaway cot, children's mattress (located in the garage area downstairs) and child's highchair (in the 2nd bedroom cupboard) available at no cost
There is a huge modern kitchen and 2 lounge rooms with sliding doors to close off each area. This area is air conditioned.
Each lounge area has a separate big screen TV, 1 has a DVD and Netflix etc and the other Foxtel.
The view from the front verandah, kitchen and lounge room is stunning looking straight across the waters of Jervis Bay.
The big front verandah has a 6 seat table and chairs with a family 3 burner bar-b-que connected to the house gas so there is no chance of running out of gas.
The back verandah has an outdoor lounge/chairs and table great for relaxing away from the others and looks over the back garden and trees. The enclosed backyard is great and safe for children and pets and big enough for a game of backyard cricket or for the kids to run around and play.
It is modern and perfectly kept, rather than being a more basic typical holiday rental home. You will be living mainly upstairs and on the front and back verandahs and garden.
There is a totally separate 1 bedroom studio downstairs, with separate outside entrance and no access to the house or backyard, that I sometimes also rent out during the year when i am at home or when others are renting the house.
You have full private use of the backyard, laundry and garage with both internal and external entrances.
Boogie boards, snorkelling gear, kids beach toys, beach chairs and umbrella are provided.
