The back of the property has a verandah looking out to a grassed area, with a path taking you to a large gazebo area with seating, outdoor shower, toilet, and flat-BBQ plate.
Undercover, and fully equipped fish cleaning area, with chest freezer for bait and storing your catch.
Off-street boat and car parking, with boat wash-down facilities in the driveway.

Approximately 2 hours drive from Adelaide, “Seashells” is the perfect place to explore Port Victoria, and surrounding areas … or just put your feet up and relax.
For the active holiday, the “Walk the Yorke” walking/bike trails are easy to access for short, or longer explorations; or dive the “Wardang Maritime Heritage Trail” that takes you around the local shipwrecks.
The boat ramp is first-class or there are fishing charters available in town. Fishing from the jetty may give you a feed of fish or squid.
There is a playground and picnic/BBQ area near the jetty.
Nearby sandy beaches offer swimming, and 4WD access (Second Beach). There are plenty of rocky areas for searching for little crabs and seashells too.
The golf course is open from April to September, and casual rounds are available.
For those interested in the region’s history, there is a maritime museum, heritage trail, and geology trail. Aboriginal Cultural Tours also offers tours of nearby Point Pearce area.
Port Victoria has a hotel offering bistro-style meals, kiosk (for takeaway and general supplies), general store, and fuel. Gill Fisheries is a local business offering locally caught seafood, and bait.
Maitland is an easy drive for other needs, including medical/pharmacy.
Barley Stacks Winery is a short drive away (on the way to Maitland), and offers free wine tasting and cellar door sales.
