Key features - Have breakfast with the whales and dolphins as you watch the sunrise over the ocean from the expansive decks on both levels. The property has absolute frontage to deserted Shelley Beach with a backdrop of lush green rolling hills.
Configuration - Penzance is a double storey, three bedroom beach home. Upstairs is the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area that flow out to the expansive deck overlooking the ocean.
There is a gourmet kitchen completely equipped and the dining area has seating for eight and adjoin the comfortable lounge area with flat screen TV and DVD player. Also on this level is the main king bedroom, with ensuite and walk in robe, and the main bathroom with shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet.
Downstairs is a sunroom with TV/DVD player and three more bedrooms - one queen, and two twin rooms with single beds and one bathroom/laundry with shower, toilet and vanity.
Outdoors - The large decks front the ocean on both levels. The top level has an outdoor setting for eight guests. The downstairs deck has a BBQ, outdoor setting and teak settee .
Heating and cooling - Penzance has two electric "log fire" heaters in the main living area and oil heaters in each bedroom. There are ceiling fan in the main living area.
Linen - Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking - There is off street, open air parking for fourcars on the driveway .

Minimum stay - There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WIFI access - Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay!
