Paraiso Del Mar accommodates up to 8 guests in quality queen size beds, all fitted with luxury hotel quality linen. This includes Egyptian cotton sheets, bath towels, duck feather doonas and mattress toppers, cotton blankets and quality pillows with a choice of duck feather or microfibre for allergies.
The property has three levels of separate living areas, each with their own unique characteristics. Whether you feel like playing board games with friends, listening to music, watching a movie on the big screen, or simply relaxing with a book and a coffee while you take in the ocean views, this is the place for you. Each level also has its own bedroom and modern bathroom for additional convenience and privacy.
Outdoor relaxation areas are plentiful amongst the shady trees with large timber decks at both the front and rear of the property, incorporating a comfortable outdoor lounge area and BBQ facilities, with dining for 8 around extendable teak Cotswold tables with matching directors chairs on both decks.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a large SMEG stainless steel oven and cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, Fisher & Paykel fridge, walk in pantry and granite bench tops. There are Scanpan saucepans and frypans, a full complement of quality knives, glassware, dinnerware and cutlery, as well as numerous ceramic saucepans and bowls. Everything you require in the kitchen is provided. All you need is to be the gourmet cook!
There is also an adjacent formal interior dining area for those special occasions.
On your arrival, there is nothing to spend after your rental other than your food and personal requirements.
Unlimited Wi-Fi is included, allowing you to keep in touch while you are away and stream as many shows as you like on Netflix and Stan. We also have hundreds of movies available on DVD and a great selection of board games and books to keep you entertained, whatever the weather!
3 cars are easily accommodated in the property parking area.
An outdoor hot and cold shower is located in the front terraced gardens adjacent to the lawn area for washing off the salt and sand on the way back from the beach!
* The maximum number of adult persons permitted to occupy the premises shall not exceed the sleeping arrangements i.e.. 2 adults per bedroom in 4 queen size beds.
* Overcrowding and extra guests are not permitted.
* Bed linen for the 4 beds only is included.
* Beach towels are NOT provided
* A refundable security deposit of $1250.00 is applicable to all bookings.
* Absolutely no groups under 25 years of age and no parties of any kind. This is a strict condition of the security deposit.
* Extra charges for cleaning will be incurred if the property is left in an untidy and/or excessively unclean condition.
One hour and 20 minutes from Sydney CBD, 10 minutes from Terrigal and 20 minutes from Woy Woy, the picturesque village of Copacabana is nestled between Avoca and MacMasters beaches. This unspoilt location captures a great holiday atmosphere with its wonderful surf beach, Cochrane Lagoon, sheltered rock pool and natural surroundings. Swimming, surfing, beach fishing, snorkelling or just strolling the beach are some of the pastimes to enjoy.

A ten minute stroll south along the sand will take you to MacMasters Beach which sits beneath the impressive headland of Bouddhi National Park or turn north to Copa headland where a great rock pool will provide countless hours of fun for the kids. You can enjoy a dip between the flags, catch a few waves off the point or perhaps do some snorkeling and check out the marine life.
Paddle a kayak and explore the peace of Cochrone Lagoon, a haven for native bird life. Paddle out before breakfast or in the magic of sunset where you will experience peace like never before.
Surfing… Copa is renowned for having one of the best point breaks on the east coast!
Captain Cook Lookout on Copacabana headland provides a great viewing platform to watch the humpback whales during the migratory period from May to October. Dolphins can be seen all year round in the bay between Copacabana and MacMasters Beach.
