BARNVILLE is a well laid out property with hard floors throughout making it easy to maintain during your stay. It is a two storey upside down arrangement with bedrooms, games, laundry, toilet and bathrooms downstairs with the kitchen, dining, lounge and a powder room upstairs. There is a furnished balcony at the front of the house and a patio/BBQ area at the rear.
The kitchen is fully equipped and free BBQ disposable plates etc. are provided for use during your stay.
There is a pool table, foosball/soccer table, two flat screen TV/DVD sets, board games, books and DVD’s for guest use.
Reverse cycle air conditioners are installed both up and downstairs with child safety gates at the top and bottom of the staircase.
Each of the four bedrooms are furnished the same with one queen bed, one single bed and an ‘open’ plan wardrobe in each. Pillow cases and doona covers are supplied for all beds in the property along with hand towels and tea towels.

Barnville is situated within the town boundary in a new land release area, very close to the new 'Town Centre' which is currently being developed.
The house stands alone on a very quiet street within a 1200 m2 fenced garden which is part of a larger 6600 m2 fenced lot making it very safe for family's with smaller children.
There is a new skate park approx. 800 metre's away and it's a brisk 1.4 km walk to the hotel if you can't find a skipper for the drive.
