Hello Kiama is locatedin one of Kiama's premiere tree-lined streets. Walk to the end of the street and down the stairs to Kendalls Beach, BBQ area and playground.Also, you are close to the amazing Kiama coastal walking track which takes you straight into the centre of Kiama via a one kilometre stretch. You can also walk in the other direction all the way to Gerringong's beach - Werri Beach.

Hello Kiama is close to the very popular cafes and just a short walk to a general store, news agency and petrol station.This charming cottage has been renovated with crisp white walls and polished timber floors. It has been styled with a French farmhouse aesthetic and has a large fenced backyard.
How is the property laid out?
Hello Kiama is a beautiful renovated cottage with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living areas. The house also has a fabulous light-filled sun room at the front - the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine - and a kitchen with all you need to create culinary delights!
The four bedrooms are comprised of two queen bedrooms, one double bedroom and one king single bedroom. Downstairs has alaundry with washing machine, clothes dryer and an additional toilet and shower.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
There is a large rear area for relaxing / outdoor dining with a BBQ. There is also a good sized back yard for the kids to play in and explore.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
Heaters are provided for winter comfort. There are ceiling fans and air conditioning for the warmer summer months.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is off street, open air parking for up to three cars on the driveway
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Hello Kiama is a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:
Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
The yard is fully fenced
Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately
What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
