Location - Beach Perfect is located on the beachfront at Culburra Beach. From it's uphill location, you can take advantage of those great views. Only a three minute drive from everything you need - grocery store, shops, cafes, bowling club and restaurants.
To the south of the property is Wollumboola lake, part of the Jervis Bay National Park this lake is popular for kayaking, fishing and swimming and is well known for the wonderful oysters which grow in clean, clear waters. The lake opens occasionally to the ocean and then water levels are high which means its a great place for sailing, windsurfing and water skiing.

Configuration - Beach Perfect has three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, views across the back garden to the ocean, wardrobe, flat screen TV, and wall mounted air-conditioner, one with two single beds and wardrobe, and one with a king bed,views to front garden,wardrobe and column fan/heater. There is also a bedroom upstairs which is for the owners use and not available to guests.
There is one bathroom with shower, stone-topped vanity and toilet and also an additional toilet .
The open plan living area has large doors that open out to the terrace overlooking the back garden and ocean. Snuggle into the comfortable sofa and watch your favourite sports program on the large flat screen TV with Foxtel sports while listening to the waves rolling in on the beach below the home. The house has a Sonos sound system and is air-conditioned with quality fittings and finishes throughout. The modern kitchen with stone-topped island bench is the heart of the home and perfect for entertaining with plenty of crockery, glassware, cutlery and serving dishes. Westinghouse dishwasher, electric Smeg double-sized oven with gas hob, Delonghi coffee pod machine, microwave, breakfast bench island with stools and dining table with chairs to seat eight. There is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Outdoors - Beach Perfect has an indoor/outdoor dining and entertaining area with plantation shutters opening to the unfenced yard and view of the ocean. It contains a wooden dining table, chairs and stools, large gas BBQ, wine fridge, and opens into the dining/living area.
The back terrace extends from the living room out to the back yard and has a sunlounger and ample outdoor seating. There is further outdoor seating in the unfenced back yard around the firepit and under the banksia tree.
The stone Balinese sculptures and landscaped garden at the front of the property, as well as the rear dune garden are all lit with romantic spot lighting for you to enjoy at night.
Heating and cooling - Beach Perfect has reverse cycle air-conditioning in the main bedroom and living area, and the king bedroom has a column fan/heater. The hillside location of the property allows it to take in ocean breezes in summer.
Linen - Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking - There is off street, open air parking for fourcars on the driveway. The garage is locked and not available for guest use.

Minimum stay - There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WIFI - This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
