Exclusive use of tennis Equipment provided. Pool available during warmer months for only guests staying on the premises due to public liability restrictions. Children must be supervised at all times. Please note the pool is shared with the owners.

Interaction with Guests
Owners available if needed, living on site within the one acre grounds of the property in their own home and looking after the garden. We do, however respect your privacy so will leave you in peace unless you have a request.
Other Things to Note: We have 2 small friendly dogs who have free rein in the garden. However they are not allowed in the cottage or on the tennis court.
If you bring your pet, it is allowed in the cottage if it is house trained. However the beds and sofa's are strictly for humans. Please ensure your pets vaccinations are up to date.
We ask that small children are kept under supervision at all times. Please do not let play them with the snooker table or equipment. They are not permitted to use the pool without adult supervision.
A portacot and highchair are available if required. Please supply own bedding. An email requesting the cot would be appreciated at the time of booking.
Smoking allowed outside on deck area or carport.
We live in the middle of Albury in a beautiful tree lined street.
Ideal walking location for all Central Albury venues. Supermarkets, 2 shopping centres and the cinema are all within easy walking distance along with restaurants and takeaway food outlets.
