Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the keys to you personally.

If you want to leave your luggage before checking-in or after you check-out, there are affordable luggage services and paid lockers across the road on Spencer St at the Southern Cross train station. They charge anywhere from AU$10 to AU$16 per locker for 24 hours worth of storage.

This pad accommodates 4 adults generously but a max of 6 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$14 per night, per additional guest.

The sleeping arrangement for the 5th and 6th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double with extra quilts, pillows, sheets & covers.

Kindly treat my property with respect during your stay and do not cause any major or superficial damages.

In the event if you cause unreasonable and excessive noise, interfere with residents enjoyment of their lots and/or common property, create health and safety hazards, damage a lot or common property, obstruct common property, you will be liable to pay fines of up to AU$1,100 and/or compensation of up to AU$2,000 to affected residents for loss of amenity enforced by the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and the Owners Corporation.

If evidence of smoking is found during your stay or right after you check-out, you will be subject to a fine of AU$200 for the the removal of odours, debris and such.

If you plan to bring your kid(s) along, please take note that this property has a balcony with a sliding door. You may still book at your own risk.

Ensure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the keys to you personally.

Check-ins are anytime after 2pm. If you plan to check-in after 9pm, there will be a once off AU$19 surcharge. Check-outs are strictly before 10am.
