There is a larger unit attached to this unit which also sleeps another 6 guests with off street parking. If you have a larger group, you could book both!
The Vincentia shopping centre is only 50 metres from the property with cafes, restaurants, bakeries, weekly markets, a supermarket, chemist, bottle shops, newsagency and speciality shops. The Vincentia Golf Club is also not far away which has a free courtasy bus.

If you only require the linen service for a certain number of beds and not the entire property, please contact our booking team for a quote.
If you dont book the linen service, then you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. There are pillows, blankets and quilts with covers on the beds. BYO beach towels.

A bond is payable 2 days prior to the stay
For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure

Standard check in is strictly from 3pm and check out is strictly at 10am. Please contact the office to enquire about an early check in time depending on the time of the year. If we take a back to back booking, which forces a same day turn around we will not be able to honour the earlier time. We can offer you a complimentary 1 hour extension of the check in or check out time as a gesture of goodwill, which would still depend on whether we are able to.
To hire linen is by email request at $35 per double or queen bed and $25 per single bed.
The cleaning fee is: $150 - The booking fee is: $180
