This charming classic cottage built in 1841 offers a truly unique city experience in the heart of Paddington. It's only 50 metres from the famous Oxford Street so it's in the heart of the action and the perfect place for those looking to have some fun and explore this famous City. It also has the additional benefit of it's own private garage a very valuable commodity in this busy part of town.

Behind its original sandstone, double fronted facade lies a beautifully restored modern home with rich timber flooring throughout. The inviting cosy lounge has a beautiful fireplace and has a real farmhouse feel, the perfect place to chill at the end of a busy day. A formal dining area leads out to the designer gas kitchen with it's stunning marble work surface that cleverly continues outside to make a bar area via a large bi-fold window, this makes a great place to sit and relax and maybe enjoy a cocktail or two with friends. French doors open out onto to a very tranquil and peaceful courtyard garden a perfect place to entertain guests while you take control in the kitchen or on the barbeque.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with direct access to the balcony it also benefits from a large TV so you can turn this space into a movie theatre! Also on this level is a study area/walk in wardrobe, guest bedroom and a sleek modern bathroom and laundry facilities.
