To ensure the safety of our guests and prevent coronavirus related acute respiratory infections, Paradise Found has upgraded our housekeeping and cleaning policy as of Feb 25, 2020 to now include the following:
1. Staff: Our housekeeping staff have now received additional sanitation and hygiene training. These include correct handwashing techniques, new service protocols to prevent the spread of pathogens, and new equipment including medical grade face masks and gloves.
2. Cleaning and disinfection: Our housekeeping staff have been trained in the use of CH2200 disinfectant spraying solution in accordance with medical regulations and standards, and will be including its use as part of our cleaning protocol. This disinfectant has been approved by health authorities and poses no adverse health risks to our guests.
3. We have implemented new heat-sterilisation protocols for all cutlery, utensils, and tableware.
4. Disinfectant liquid will now be provided for hand sanitation at the kitchen and bathroom areas for our guests.
We are proactively monitoring the coronavirus situation and implementing the best safety measures to uphold the safety and wellbeing of our guests.
