It features a spacious balcony that allows you to sit on the chair while sipping a cup of tea.
The Space:
We're pretty relaxed and friendly hosts. If you are looking for a sweet and comfortable home to stay, we are very pleased to host you. We are using self check-in and it will be easy and smooth for you. Check-in time could be anytime after 3pm. If you want to check-in earlier or check-out late, please inform us at least two days before. We will check our calendar to assist with you if there is no same day check-in or check-out.

Getting Around:
There are lots of buses available to CBD, including bus 502, 504,505,506, and M50. It will only take around 20 minutes and the bus arrives every 4 minutes.

Check in time: 3pm to 10 pm (extra charge for after 10 pm)
Check out time: before 10 am

NO SMOKING
Any evidence of smoking would cause a penalty of 500 AUD.

NO PETS:
This apartment doesn’t allow pets to stay. Strata will fine us to have pets without permission. Therefore, you will be charged for this penalty.

NO PARTIES:
Please do not make loud noise, because it may affect neighbours. Penalties may apply for party, room damage or messy room. you are welcomed to invite friends to visit, but their safely will be your responsibility.

CHECK-IN/OUT
Person Check In.
We will greet you in person and handover the keys. Be sure to read the Check In instruction carefully and advise us early about your arrival time. The check in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check in date.
Self-Check In.
The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instruction carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check in date.

LOSS OF KEYS
Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $300 per set. If you get locked out of the apartment, we would charge $100 for attending the apartment and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).

DAMAGE
Deposit will be taken in place if any damage or loss happens in the room.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL
There is a “Garbage chute/room” on the same level you are staying. Usually locate at the corner or near the elevator.
