This cosy yet spacious apartment is ideal for families, or those in search of a peaceful holiday retreat. Multiple balconies look out over the lights of Broadbeach, the impressive Star Casino, and the serene waters below.
The apartment contains a fully equipped kitchen, pristine bathroom, as well as spacious dining and living areas. There is an overhead fan and air-conditioning unit in every bedroom to ensure your complete comfort. There is a fully functional laundry available to guests.

For your sake, and the sake of others we have house rules that we implement quite strictly. They focus on safety, and thoughtfulness towards others.
This is a quiet and peaceful location, in a residential area. Noise is to be kept low at all times. A noise monitor is installed in the apartment and there are discreet and regular patrols by a private security company. Your privacy is important to us and you will not be disturbed unless the noise is potentially disruptive to others. In the few instances that there is excessive noise, there will be a first warning; if a second warning is required the person who has made the booking will be charged a minimum fee of $300 ( more if the booking is a boutique block booking or dual key booking).
COVID 19 SAFETY
We take the safety of out guests very seriously. At all times, we use Hospital Grade disinfectant for cleaning as well as other antibacterial agents. Laundry items are washed in antibacterial laundry detergent by our personal and dedicated, small cleaning team. We provide antibacterial hand wash, antibacterial soap ( natural coconut) and Glen20 spray for your private use during your stay.
You are required to be aware of and follow all Queensland legislation and restrictions/requirements; in relation to these matters.
Your pets are welcome here.
The property has a communal, turf, fully fenced area for guests and their pets to share.
We accept no responsibility for your pet’s health or safety , or its behaviour towards other guests and their pets during your stay. You are fully responsible for your pet.
There is a Pet Fee of $50 per pet ( which covers your entire stay).
All guests, are required to provide a valid and current copy of photo ID with their current address before your booking will be accepted.
Checking in is easy with us. We have a private concierge/Property Manager that will meet and greet you in person. Check in time is usually 2pm but due to deep and thorough cleans on busy days they will sometimes be a bit later. We are flexible, and if safety permits, we will get you in earlier ( an early check in time between 11 am and 1pm is $60 ).
Late check in is also available. We understand that some guests might arrive on the last flight or be driving long distances. If you want to check in after 7pm it is a $60 fee ( which will be added to your reservation separately before your arrival ).
DURING YOUR STAY
Please make sure that you lock all doors whenever you leave the apartment ( we take no responsibility for the loss or damage of your belongings).
Please close all of the windows when you leave your apartment. Queensland is a wonderful place but can have very sudden downpours of rain. Also, we believe in helping the environment when possible. Closing the windows when you are not there helps keep your apartment more temperate and therefore does not use as much power for air-conditioning and fans.
No smoking inside the apartment. Not only does this keep the apartment smelling fresh it is important for our guests who might have asthma or respiratory problems. Smoking is permitted outside with the expectation of ashtrays being used and emptied.
Day visitors are not covered by insurance and visit at their own risk.
Private functions are for guests who are staying IN RESIDENCE only. Guest numbers are not to exceed the number booked.
At the time of check in you will be welcomed into your apartment. Your Concierge will explain the internet code and operation of appliances. You will be given an agreement to sign which acknowledges the number of items to be accounted for upon your departure.
A fee of $100 will apply for every key that is lost.
A fee of $100 will apply for every television remote control that is lost.
A fee of $100 will apply for every air conditioning and fan remote control that is lost.
A fee of $100 will apply for every lost dressing gown.
A fee of $50 will apply for lost bath and beach towels. ( $20 per face washer, hand towel or bathmat ).
ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE
Portacots and High Chairs are available to hire ( $30 each) for your entire stay.
A 24 hour Baby sittting service is available if requested.
Services are available separately to provide cakes, bakery or meals cooked for you at your apartment by special request and separate negotiation at the time of booking.
If you are celebrating something special, let us know and we will try to add a special touch to your stay.
A late check out ( 10 - 1pm ) is often available for $60. Given our strict cleaning policy, this might not be available if someone is coming the same day after you. If the day is clear of bookings a fee of $100 enables a check out at 4 pm. A fee of $140 permits a check out at 7pm ( particularly useful for late flights).
Please ensure that you have washed and put away your dishes and taken your bagged rubbish to the appropriate ( close by ) bins. If not, an added fee will be applied to your cleaning costs.
Make sure that your Concierge, checks off that no items are missing and signs off on your stay.
We will do everything we can to make you feel safe, welcome and wanted. You can contact your Concierge 24 hours a day in emergency.
