NEWLY BUILT DOUBLE BEDROOM AVAILABLE + EASY ACCESS TO EVERYTHING MELBOURNE

Located in: Coburg
Perfectly located off one of Melbourne's main highways, the Soudan St property is ideal for those who want to be close to what Melbourne has to offer. Easy access to various bus stops and trams, close to Coburg Station (1km away from the house) and Melbourne's CBD, Etihad Stadium, MCG, South Yarra and more.

The property is a two-storey townhouse that has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with toilets. Available for rent is 1 double bedroom upstairs in the main house (please see our other property available for rent as we also have a huge granny flat that sleeps 4). The entire house is fully air-conditioned and light-filled with large windows displaying park views. We provide free NBN internet.

Coles and Woolworths are within walking distance from the house and the tram stations nearby connects to 3 different tram routes. Also the bus stop is right in front of the house so very convenient for visitors without rental cars. It takes less than 30 minutes to get to Melbourne CBD by tram from the house.
The airport is also only 11km away.

Check-in times are normally 2pm but depending on bookings, are flexible upon request and at no extra charge. Check-out times are strictly 12pm, unless otherwise negotiated.

Linen and towels as well as basic toiletry including shampoo, body wash and soap are provided upon arrival and guests are welcome to use our fully equipped kitchen and laundry (including our laundry powder). If you have a car, off-street parking is also available. We would like to make sure that we provide a comfortable stay for our guests as a host so please feel free to join the family in the lounge and hang out with us if you are around :-) We also have a tiny 10-year old Pomeranian and she loves people. Please be aware that there is a dog in the house when you make the reservation.

Some house rules:
- please do not wear shoes inside the house
- please clean up after yourselves
- strictly no smoking
- no parties/gatherings/having strangers over

Last but not least..

We expect that at all times you be respectful and mindful of your neighbours in the house and outside the house, especially when using communal spaces such as courtyards. We particularly ask that noise generated between the hours of 10pm and 8am is kept to a minimum.
