Large downstairs Studio with sweeping ocean views.
Cool, comfortable, light and breezy. This oceanfront house is the perfect, quiet place to relax and recharge your soul. Drink up the sweeping ocean views by day and soak up the sea of stars by night. Surfing, bush, beach walking, fishing.. are all at your doorstep. We are located on a bluff with easy access to gorgeous racecourse beach (just a short, flat 2 minute walk away). Superb wineries, cafes and restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive (Ulladulla, Milton, and Mollymook).
A stay at Flatrock will be a stay to remember forever. Our beachhouse is perched on a hillside (absolute oceanfront with no roads to cross) with sweeping views of the ocean, headlands, lighthouse, and beautiful Racecourse Beach. The house is set in a private landscaped setting in which to enjoy and to take in the many different shows that nature has to offer- take in the sea birds, the dolphins competing for waves with the surfers, the fishermen, the migrating seasonal whales, the moon on the ocean... even a storm blowing in is a beautiful sight to behold from Flatrock. There is a private "shangri-la" trail down the hillside or take a flat 2 min walk down the street to access gorgeous white sand Racecourse beach.
This spacious downstairs studio has 1 comfy king sized bedroom and 1 bathroom with a large slider to seperate the living/kitchen dining area. Massive ocean views can be taken in from everywhere including the bathroom (which is seperated by plantation shutters)-pure bliss!
There is a non-fenced grassed yard with lots of native trees/plants. Enjoy BBQ's and eat al fresco under the sun or the stars. There is also an outdoor hot/cold shower all part of the fun after a day at the beach.
Relax carbon free. This house boasts massive water collection on site, solar electricity, and solar heated water.
