Perfect for two, if you’re looking for a cosy spot for a visit to Melbourne and the new district of Docklands, with it’s amazing marina, restaurants, shops and the huge Southern Star wheel, this 42 sqm king bedroom apartment may be what you’re looking for.
Flanked by lush gardens, Victoria Harbour and the city skyline, Marina Tower is undeniably Melbourne’s first truly international waterfront address. It is a brand new development, and finishing touches and fit-outs are still being added.
The apartment captures breathtaking, panoramic views the west and northwest towards the Macedon Ranges, and overlooking the Port of Melbourne with busy shipping movements, through floor-to-ceiling glazing that also encapsulates a private balcony to retreat to each day.
Guests will have exclusive access to The Marina Club, a world-class collection of amenities and private spaces. These luxurious facilities will cater for business and relaxation, commencing with the planned opulent lobby lounge, library, private business center and meeting rooms on the ground floor.
The mezzanine level is planned to include a cinema, lounge and billiard room along with an impressive kitchen and dining area, with further livability on level seven, where the rooftop pool (operated by the hotel), gymnasium and expansive deck will be an extension to residents’ individual living spaces.
Enjoy life’s simple pleasures on the ground floor. Green views of Quay Park gardens set a tranquil scene as you enter the building, while a range of surrounding amenity caters for a more relaxed pace. Watch the world go by from the gourmet café, take the laneway directly to NewQuay Square, or the promenade boardwalk along the marina for an inspired waterfront aspect.
Docklands Delight is a small, one-bedroom apartment with everything you need for a short stay for two people. It has a king bedroom with ensuite, lots of robe space, a double sofa bed, a large 50” Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, free Netflix, laundry facilities and a very well-equipped kitchen with Miele oven and cooktop and a Fischer & Pykel dishwasher; as well as a huge pantry.
The view is stunning; especially at sunset. From your spacious balcony, you overlook the swimming pool and spa directly below. (The plush, well-equipped gym is right next to the pool. Looking outwards you can be mesmerized by the slowly turning Southern Star wheel directly opposite, and the colourful light show it displays from dusk onwards. Make sure you have a ride on this magnificent engineering and sight-seeing marvel.
The pool area on level 7 has a view of its own; towards the beautiful Bolte Bridge (especially at night) and the harbor and marina areas.
You couldn’t find a more modern complex in a more state of the art harbor-side area anywhere in Melbourne. The CBD is only a walk through a magnificent harbor and marina area, or a quick tram ride away. You can sample the delights of both from Docklands Delight.

This site only allows us to show one rate, so we need to clarify our booking rules here.
Within 30 days, the min stay is 3 days
30 days or more in advance, the min stay is 7 days
90 days or more in advance, the min stay is 28 days
We won't be able to accept bookings that do not meet the above criteria.
Lower rates are available for longer bookings, and for stays that are booked well in advance.
Long-term stays are also welcome.
Pets are allowed in many of our properties, as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings.
We require a minimum security bond of $500, which will be pre-authorised (not charged) to your credit card several days before your arrival and released back automatically by your bank after your departure (subject to damage check). For much longer stays or other reasons, this amount may change and the bond will be deducted instead of pre-authorised. Please enquire with us for more details before making a booking.
All tea, coffee, toiletries, washing and cleaning products and other welcome supplies can be found in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. You will need to purchase more of these consumables if you need them for the rest of your stay.
PLEASE NOTE: For your added security, this property is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts.
We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We generally check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.
A compendium with full instructions and local information is supplied in all of our apartments
