Residential amenity - we have made a commitment to our neighbours to do all we can to preserve the residential amenity of the area. We ask that all guests abide by our Terms and Conditions of stay - most importantly to keep noise to a minimum and adhere to outdoor curfew times. We also request that guests utilise the basement car park and only park outside the property and not neighbouring homes where possible. If you do not believe that you can do this then we respectfully suggest that this is not the property for you. Guests that do not abide by the Terms and Conditions may be asked to leave the home.

The oversized open living and dining area come fully equipped with a grand piano and hand crafted bar. Bringing the spaces together are large bi-fold doors that open out on to the undercover lounge area with pool and water views. There is also a separate undercover outdoor dining area with a BBQ and outdoor kitchen with access to one of the ground floor bathrooms.

The house boasts a number of outdoor areas for you to make the most of the views, you can sit back and take in the sunset views over the hinterland from the huge west facing deck or you can watch the lights of Surfers Paradise come alive! If that is not for you, perhaps take in the water views and watch the boats go by on the main river.
All of this can also be done by relaxing in the heated spa or the oversized swimming pool!

They can fish or kayak from the jetty or play in the enclosed front yard. With the wonderful Gold Coast weather you can also take advantage of the heated spa all year round.
This home is situated in a quiet location only 15 minutes walk to all the beautiful restaurants of Main Beach and Marina Mirage. It’s only a short walk to the G Link light rail that can take you to Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach.
With the fantastic restaurants and cafes, shopping, nightlife, Casino and Convention centre and of course our beautiful beaches it is the perfect holiday destination. The home is central to all the Gold Coast has to offer.
