Hyde Park Bungalow is located just minutes from museums, theaters, amazing restaurants, and nearly 200 live music venues. We are located just two miles north of The University of Texas which makes us a great home base for Longhorn football games and other UT events.
Austin has a lot to offer but there is also plenty to see and do outside of the city as well. Take a day trip to San Antonio to visit The Alamo and stroll the Riverwalk. Drive to Fredericksburg and shop for antiques or visit a Texas winery. Visit Historic Gruene and spend a day floating down the Guadalupe River or drive to Lockhart, the BBQ capital of Texas.
