High end coffee, freshly squeezed OJ, local TX beers, filtered water and ice provided free of charge. Dining Room has spectacular view of beautiful grove of live oaks. Separate office with built in steel counter, desk (wireless printer and scanner available) and views to backyard, with separate entrance leads to granite gravel patio and carport. The office can be converted to extra sleeping area with additional bed if needed at a small upcharge per day (please note that the sofa cannot be used for sleeping).
Large Master has large corner windows, separate entry to fenced backyard and stone patio, lots of closet space and spacious Master Bath. The fully tiled Master Bathroom features plenty of natural light, a deep, Greek soaking tub, double lavatories, slate floors, and glass and tile shower. Home includes second Master Bedroom with large closet, private bath, kitchenette provided with bar sink, undercounter refrigerator, toaster, Keurig coffeemaker, MW, and double french doors that lead to private, granite gravel patio. Both masters have new mattresses with queen sized beds and third bedroom is equipped with very comfortable, double bed with feather bed and all beds have new, high thread count bedding. Each Master bedroom and Living Room are equipped with TV/digital cable and smart Tvs in both Master and Living with easy access to Netflix, Amazon prime, Hulu, etc. Second bath has glass tile surround, ice stone counter and tile floors with more views of the lovely live oaks.
House is located in very quiet area with plenty of off-street parking (one car carport plus concrete driveway), yet easy access to Zilker Park, S. Lamar, S. Congress, Downtown, all SXSW venues. 1 Gig Google Internet, Hulu Live TV, full laundry available. Plush towels, some toiletries and hair dryers provided in baths. Light housekeeping available upon request for small upcharge. This is a legal rental licensed by the City of Austin, license no: OL 2013 125650 and taxes are paid to City and State. This website does not allow hosts to collect local taxes, so the Austin local hotel tax of 11% will be collected upon arrival or withheld from deposit.
