This is a relaxing retreat (approximately 850 square feet) in secluded NW Balcones Club neighbor. It is across the street from a wetland and a private golf course. There is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living room, game area, kitchenette and a peaceful covered front porch. It has a small front yard. Off street parking in front of the house with a private entrance and no shared space.
Located off North 183 and it is a 20 minutes drive to downtown.

Features of the home
The apartment is completely private and all yours to enjoy! It has a covered front porch/seating area and a front yard area looking on to the Bull creek wetlands. There is a residence above the apartment.
The kitchenette is stocked with everything you'll need for a quick dinner. Dishes, utensils, glassware, bowels are provided to make it so you can do a little cooking.
There is a microwave, counter top convection oven, one burner induction stove, small refrigerator, slow cooker, toaster, Keurig maker (with tea and coffee) and a mixer.
There is a small island to use for food preparation and there is a table you can setup for eating.
There is cookie jar with cookies and milk & orange juice in the refrigerator.
There are two beds, one of which is in a private bedroom. There is a flat screen TV with Chromecast and a DVD. To add to your enjoyment Bamboo linens are on the queen size bed with memory foam mattress. The bedroom is large measuring 12 X 16 with a queen size bed, desk and sitting area. There is a closet to hang your clothes, small dresser to store your belongings, alarm clock, ironing board and iron. The spa like bathroom has a walk in shower with a rain shower head.
Living room ~
The living room has a comfy soft bed with a privacy screen. In addition there is a beautiful non-working fireplace filled with candles, reclining chairs, coffee table, small dresser. A large flat screen TV with cable, DVD player and Chromecast. Austin and Texas themed books and magazines on hand to read, as well.
There is a fantastic area to relax and play pool. If you prefer the wine bar is stocked with games and old DVDs to sit by the fireplace and play.
St Edwards Park
It is a hidden gem in northwest Austin that most people don't know about. Running along the northern bank of Bull Creek and Spicewood Springs Road, its presence is missed. However, The Park is not devoid of people and its trail's close proximity to the road reminds the visitor that civilization is close by.
Tangle Wood Park and Trailhead Park
These are two small nearby parks with picnic areas and walking trails.
Great Hills Park
Great Hills Park is a City of Austin neighborhood park in a beautiful hill country setting, tucked away in northwest Austin. More than 80 acres in size, the park includes a large natural area with hiking trails, a playscape, a covered pavilion, picnic tables, exercise equipment and much more.
The Oasis at Lake Travis
The Oasis has become a well-known jewel nestled in Austin. It is best known as The Sunset Capital of Texas because most days of every year hundreds of guests from all over the world come to see the breathtaking views and quite possibly one of the most spectacular sunsets they will ever lay eyes on.

Arboretum at Great Hills

Home to more than 40 fine shops and restaurants, the Arboretum is the perfect place to enjoy upscale shopping at places like Restoration Hardware or Z Gallerie, or stock up on favorites at classics like the Gap and Barnes & Noble. In between stores, make time to sit outside and listen to the soothing sounds of fountains, or enjoy a delicious meal at one of the area eateries like The Cheesecake Factory, Five Guys Burgers and Fries or the Blue Baker.
The open-air mall features a fountain garden, several open park spaces, a large playground. The park spaces contain a set of five cow statues by sculptor Harold F. Clayton.
