Bedroom #3 is in the adjacent apartment in the back yard and has a queen bed and a shared bathroom with BR 4. Bedroom #4 is also in the apartment and has 2 single beds. The apartment has a separate entrance.
Outside you have a beautiful swimming pool that receives a lot of direct sunlight. The water temperature is always nice. The home has a large covered terrace on this same side of the home. There's a large glass sliding door separating the living room from the terrace, which gives a very open and bright feeling to the living room and the master bedroom. The terrace features an alfresco dining area off the pool. There's also a comfortable lounge set and a separate BBQ area. Pool deck with comfortable lounge chairs, the garden with palms complete this very private oasis of a back yard garden.
