+ Parking: 2 standard size vehicles MAX in the attached private 2-car garage. No outside parking within the HOA. No street parking, passenger vans, RVs or trailers strictly prohibited..
+ City Mandated â€œquiet timeâ€ from 10 pm to 9 am. Outdoor facilities including Patio, Garage game rooms, BBQ, Back Yard are off limits during these times.
+ Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to fines, civil actions and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation.
+ We reserve the right to decline a reservation which results in a 2-day gap in our calendar
+ You must be 25 years old to rent one of our properties
