BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - A GREATER TOWN

Note - This post is private and is not publicly accessible.

The live iteration of our website, AGreaterTown represents a small fraction of the work which has been accomplished as preparation for full-scale build-out, launch and marketing strategy.

A positive consensus has been growing, amongst users and partners. Use of the site has grown 1,000% in one year, thanks to our strong local search results.

Below is a partial list summarizing some of the more important developments, partners and participating sites.

SYNDICATION - Syndication and other forms of incorporating local content by national brands is one of our most interesting features.

CROSS-MARKETING - We also have several partnership promos and features in the planning stage, and are in discussion with

iPromote

Wpromote

ConstantContact

OvernightPrints.com

Cross-marketing campaigns will engage the public or will target specific groups such as small businesses, Realtors and artists on grass-roots levels, with contests, sponsorships and special events.

Example: video contest among Realtor members of ActiveRain, designed to promote local community and customs, sponsorship prizes to be provided by Realogy.

Our partnership with Mass Marketing, Inc: prints and distributes approximately 6,000,000 maps nationally with 40,000 local advertisers; employs a full-time sales force placing 4,500 calls per day. Mass Marketing prints our ad on their map - a value of approximately $250,000. In exchange Mass Marketing uses A Greater Town to post their advertisers (to whom they also publicize A Greater Town.) In the future, we will explore other ways of working together, such as their selling ad space for us, or enhancements to the free posts, such as text, links, additional graphics and photos, and small merchant e-commerce solution with built-in fees to enable their customers free, quick, standard access to e-commerce functionality.
