Staging a home for sale

When I list a home for sale, I frequently bring with me a photographer and a home stager. The home stages does a beautiful, computer generated floor plan of the home, which we post on the internet and in the home's virtual tour. Out of town buyers have NO IDEA of our "typical" floor plans and this is invaluable to them.

The stager then makes suggestions for making the home more appealing: We know you live in the home and we surely don't want to interfere with that, and the stager can usually work with what the owner has: A little rearranging, cleaning and neating closets, adding a few accessories are usually all that is needed. The stager I use is excellent and I've never seen her recommend anything that cost the owners over $50....and her ideas have added thousands of dollars to the profit on the sale!

I take typical "REALTOR" photos....they are ok, but the photographer does a better job...he has more skill and better cameras.

These are just two items that set me apart from the crowd of REALTORS: I provide the stager and the photographer.

Make sure, if you are selling, you work with a REALTOR who offers extra services. They will benefit your net profit by thousands of dollars!
