Cecil County Real Estate Statistics

Week ending 4/17/2011


Cecil County Real Estate Statistics for the week ending April 17, 2011 


There were 18 properties placed under contract in Cecil County since April 10. Included in these were 5 Foreclosed Home, 4 Home in Short Sale, and no New Construction.


There have been 44 Properties listed last week.


23 Homes were removed from the market last week without being sold.


9 Properties made it through closing last week.  Included in these were 4 Foreclosures, and 1 Short Sale, there were no New Construction sales. Bringing total closings to 20 this month


Interesting to note that 50% of the New Listings were either Short Sale of Foreclosure as well as over 50% of the Closings. We will see if this statistic becomes a trend.
